How much espresso do you use?!
I got an espresso machine and was wondering how much grinds you need to use!. I purchased dark roast espresso and Im not sure if it is the same as coffee(6 ounces of water for 1 tbs!?) Any help is greatly appreciated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ok, first of all espresso is the darkest roast, more or less burned!. The beans used are of a variety that can take this kind of roast, usually a blend of Robusta and Arabica!. Espresso grind should be very fine, the finest grind to which you can set your grinder!. Read the directions on your machine, usually the chamber for the coffee should be packed full but I don't know what machine you have!. Trail and error usually has to occur to get what you want!. Some machines have a reservoir for water that can be filled and a cup at at time can be brewed from that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
