I can - I stick it up the ar$e of a chicken! Truly!! I take the top off with a tin opener fill it half way with water and put lemon and garlic in there - sit the chicken on top and roast (I normally rub the chicken all over first with olive oil and Schwartz chicken rub)!. Honest to God, once you've cooked a chicken this way you'll never roast it normally again - the water keeps the chicken moist and juicy on the inside and the skin is crispy and tasty - just like a rotisserie chicken!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
