Can espresso machines make Starbucks style drinks like a Caffe Mocha? Is it comparable?!

Just a tip!.!.!.!.when you order that drink at another coffee place (such as a coffee stand) DO NOT call it a Cafe Mocha, it is sooooo annoying you would not even believe!. Just call it what it is!.!.!.!.a mocha!. (sorry, I work at a coffee stand, and I want to choke those who call them caffe mochas!.)
