recipe for HOMEMADE hot chocolate!? I'd like to make some for my family on Christmas Eve but don't want to spend a lot of time making it!. I'd be making it for about 8-10 people!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup white sugar
1 pinch salt
1/3 cup boiling water
3 1/2 cups milk
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup half-and-half cream
DIRECTIONS
Combine the cocoa, sugar and pinch of salt in a saucepan!. Blend in the boiling water!. Bring this mixture to an easy boil while you stir!. Simmer and stir for about 2 minutes!. Watch that it doesn't scorch!. Stir in 3 1/2 cups of milk and heat until very hot, but do not boil! Remove from heat and add vanilla!. Divide between 4 mugs!. Add the cream to the mugs of cocoa to cool it to drinking temperature!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 tablespoonful water
1000 ml scalding hot milk
Whipped cream
Action
a!. Scrape fine the chocolate!.
b!. Put into a saucepan with water!.
c!. Cook until smooth, add the hot milk,
and mix thoroughly!.
d!. Serve with whipped cream!.
Tips:
a!. When sugar free chocolate is used,
add 2 tablespoonfuls of sugar!.
b!. When chocolate is allow to boil,
it becomes oily!.

Few grains salt
1000 ml milk
Whipped cream
Action
a!. Heat milk, add chocolate and stir,
until chocolate is melted!.
b!. Let come to a boil and serve,
with whipped cream!.

125g non sweeten chocolate
100g granulated sugar
Water
125 ml clear coffee
Whipped cream
Action
a!. Boil chocolate, sugar,
and water together!.
b!. Add the coffee and top,
with whipped cream!.
