Regular Water? Vitamin Water? Or Gatorade? Which would you prefer more?!

Vitamin Water - Because I'd be quenching my thirst and hydrating myself and getting some vitamins at the same time!.

It depends!. I drink a ton of regular water on a daily basis, so sometimes it is nice to change it up!. Every once in a while a Vitamin Water in the morning, or after a work out is good!. Especially after a workout, as your muscles can use those additional nutrients to help synthesize the proteins!. If it's during sports, like basketball or something like that, then I like the G2 Gatorade flavor since it has less sugar than regular Gatorade!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
regular water without floride in it-lots of drinking water has floride-and it's toxic to your system-I have no idea why it is allowed in drinking water!.floride should not be ingested

regular water!. always!. gatorade and those types of drinks ar just sugar and fake taste that pack on the calories without added nutrients or even filling you up!. the whole thinkg about electrolytes is fake- they are just talking about how sugar gives someone a boost of energy!. Unless you are doing extreme fitness where you would really need that extra boost of energy really quick, go for water :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
Umm!.!.!. there's no caffeine in either, whoever said that!. Water is best for daily drinking and light exercise!. While Vitamin Water and Gatorade say they "help your performance with electrolytes" or whatever, that's only if you are exercising an extreme amount!.

I like regular water!. But I do like the vitamin enhanced packets (at Walmart) the little powder packets you put in your water, they're really good, I love the grape kind! Gatorade is really bad for you, and vitamin water has a lot of sugar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Taste wise Gatorade, but I prefer drinking regular water because it makes me feel like, if I drink enough of it, I'm taking care of my body right since it flushes out the system and can even aid in weight loss!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Regular water is good when there is no Gatorade!. Gatorade is great when all three are around!. I wont drink anything if Vitamin Water is around, that stuff is just gross!.
