I've heard that sometimes the flavor crystals will come out of solution and sit at the bottom of the bottle if it's left alone for too long!. Try shaking it up before you open & drink it!. also, caffeine takes water out of your body, so make sure that you drink enough water before and after drinking highly caffeinated beverages (Energy drinks)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You may be sensitive to caffeine!. Don't drink anything with caffeine a couple hours before and after you take the shot!. I drink them all the time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
