Is sprite better for you than other sodas?!

Question: Is sprite better for you than other sodas!?
because, it has like, less stuff in it, and no caffeine!?!? cuz i used to drink a can or 2 of Dr!.pepper everyday, and i realized that's like, gonna kill me and catch up to me one day, so i switched to sprite, and drink usually one, and sometimes none a day!. well, only about 3-5 a week!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not necessarily!. The American Dental Association showed the results of and experiment comparing dark and light sodas with water being the control on teeth!. They found that the lighter colored drinks actually decay teeth faster than the dark ones! Dental health was also found to be related to the health of the heart!. I would say, if you're worried about health, switch to water or flavored water!. Personally, I prefer Cool-aid to soda ne ways!. Sprite is still high in calories, and, despite its label, does have some caffeine in it!. (The FDA allows them to put caffeine free on the label if it's under a certain amount!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!! I don't know where all these people are getting their information but Sprite is no better than any other High Fructose Syrup drenched soda!. You are correct that Sprite doesn't have caffeine but the amount of caffeine in 2 cans of Dr!. Pepper as compared to even a cup of coffee is less than half!

It is a complete myth that caffeine is dangerous and studies have shown that it helps prevent even some cancers!.

If caffeine were in fact dangerous then you should stop drinking tea, green tea, chocolate, brownies, chocolate milk and even cold relief medicines!.!.!.!.

Don't listen to the hype listen to the science!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
