They're all basically the same if you buy them from an actual store, but you can get drinks off the internet that have like 500mg of caffeine in them compared to the 70mg in redbull!.

Anyway Do you Mean Taste Or Energy!? Because Energy is almost always 32mg per 100ml but for taste it would have to be Monster Ripper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like Crystal Light On-The-Go packets, esp!. the Wild Strawberry flavor!. You just dump a packet into a regular glass/bottle of water!. Each box is about $3!.00 and come with 10 packets each!. They have 60 mg of caffeine, but no calories, fat, sugar!. (Or virtually none!.!.!. I think they may have like 10 calories or something!.) They come in assorted flavors!.

I'm really not into conventional energy drinks like Red Bull, Rockstar, etc!. I think they're gross!. Plus!.!.!. more expensive!. You pay a couple bucks just for one can!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Water with some sugar, honey and a sprinkle of salt!.

Water re-hydrates you, the sugar and honey are high carbs for energy!. The salt is to replace any lost sweating!.

also you save a good wedge of cash by not paying for a fancy named tin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
