Question: Why does chocolate have cocoa!?
Y!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Chocolate can't be called chocolate without cocoa in it!

Chocolate is made from cocoa beans!.

The beans are roasted and then crushed into a paste!. The paste can be divided into two components: cocoa solids and cocoa butter!.

Both cocoa butter and cocoa solids must be present in order to make the product that's legally called chocolate!. If you take out the cocoa solids you can make "white chocolate"!.

In addition to the cocoa solids and cocoa butter, there's sugar and sometimes an emulsifier (keeps things mixed) called soy lecithin!. The addition of milk will make it milk chocolate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
