I am about to start a juice fast... What type of juicer should I use?!

Question: I am about to start a juice fast!.!.!. What type of juicer should I use!?
Centrifugal, tricherating, or masticating!? I want to make wheatgrass, but I don't want to pay a billion dollars for a juicer!.!.!. I do want a good one thoughWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
A masticating juicer is especially good at juicing the very important green leafy vegetables such as wheatgrass, spinach, parsley, cilantro, kale, Swiss Chard!. While a centrifugal juicer can juice green leafy vegetables, the centrifugal juicer is nowhere near as efficient as a masticating juicer in this regard!.

I'm not familiar with those 3 terms, but I use a Jack Lalane Juicer, and as long as you follow a soft food with a hard food, it does just fine!.

Soft, as in spinach leaves rolled into a tight wad followed by carrots or apples or broccoli - something harder!.

You could also roll the wheatgrass in lettuce leaves to help it go through!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
