No eggs, no booze eggnog recipe?!
I know it sounds weird, a no-egg eggnog, and no fun with no booze in the recipe, but I have a few relatives on medication with a compromised immune system - which means they can't risk the raw eggs in most eggnog recipes, and can't mix booze with their medication!.
Any recipe suggestions!? Or do I stick with the store-bought nogs or boiled custards (which we usually find too sweet)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Best "Custard" I've had in a while was at our Christmas party at work today!.
1/2 gallon of milk, 3/4 cup sugar, 4 oz Cool Whip, 2 tsp vanilla, 2 (small) boxes of Cheescake flavor (or vanilla) instant pudding mix!.
Instructions were to add ingredients to a large mixing bowl and blend with a hand mixer!. Pour into a suitable sealable container and chill!.
If folks just HAVE to have it, nutmeg can be added by folks to their individual servings!. I prefer mine nutmeg free!
