Answers:
white flour also has calcium in it!. it is only fortified calcium tho, not natural!.

Any tinned fish has lots of calcium!. This is because the heat process during canning softens the bones of the fish and you're able to digest them without even being aware of them!.

And cheese!? personally i LOVE cheese!. but also love milk, so maybe its not for you!.

In order to absorb the calcium as well, you need to make sure you're getting enough vitamin D and E too!.

Hope this helps somewhat :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can try eating these:

* Salmon
* Tofu
* Rhubarb
* Sardines
* Collard greens
* Spinach
* Turnip greens
* Okra
* White beans
* Baked beans
* Broccoli
* Peas
* Brussel sprouts
* Sesame seeds
* Bok choy
* Almonds
