Question: Is ONLY drinking water as a beverage bad for you!?

Actually, it is the best thing for you to drink!. Well, when it comes to drinking you have not many other choices!. Just soda: which has way to many chemicals OR juice: tons of sugar and your better off eating a fruit OR milk: you don't actually need milk, you can get calcium from other foods, like greens!.

No not at all!. Juice that's natural or coconut water are the second healthiest choices!. If fresh natural fruit or plant juices are not available then drink plain H20 for sure rather than bought fruit juice with added sugar!. However the source that deems water fresh does matter some!. A source of well water would be fresher than a city tap that adds the chemical chlorine!. Recycling of sewage into tap water has now begun at certain areas of California!. Please drink water from a well or bottled from a spring!. Although spring water manufacturers could be lying; there are a few regulations now that that they must be truly a spring or natural source!. Avoid water that has been bottled by Wal-mart of Nestle corporations since they are proving less trustworthy sources than many other brands!. Drinking water can bloat you some so do drink the soup water of a meal and not excess sometimes if a meal has been liquid!. Water's able to cause toxicity if over done by consuming a volume of ten liters within twenty four hours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have only been drinking water for about 3 months and I feel great!. I've actually lost 8lbs pounds and I dont even crave juice or soda's any more!. I have been off of soda for about a year now and in the beginning when I had a craving for juice (cranberry, apple, orange) I would have about 2 ounces of it!. Just so I could taste it but dont over indulge in it plus I feel that water quenches my thirst better!.
