To keep ratios straight, ill use a 16oz size as an example!.
3 pumps of vanilla syrup
add steamed milk -roughly 13oz-(leave room for the following:)
1/2 inch foam (i like more foam, but thats just me)
2 shots of espresso
caramel drizzle
macchiato means "marked" in italian!. this drink is so-named because the drink is "marked" with the espresso shots (a regular espresso based drink would have the shots at the bottom of the drink rather than on top)!. its, in essense, an upside down vanilla latte with caramel drizzleWww@FoodAQ@Com
