Does coffee go off or moldy?!
I have a jar of Maxwell coffee that has been in cupboard and it appears to have clumped together but breaks up with the spoon!. It has white or a bloom on it where it meets the car!. Is it ok to use, I see the comments before saying there is nothing that can go off!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would pitch it!. "Something white" on instant coffee cannot be a good sign!. Would think that instant coffee should not be refrigerated either!. I keep my coffee beans in the freezer - some people don't think that is a good idea, but I never have a problem with my coffee!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It will eventualy, i heard that if you keep it in the fridge it keeps for longer
