Sometimes I can't taste Coke or Pepsi...?!
As said above, there are times when I can't taste Coke or Pepsi, whether from bottle or can!. It just tastes sweet!. Other times, and this is pretty rare, I can taste it!.

!.!.!.sigh!.!.!.first off, soda is a mix of carbonated water, corn syrup, food coloring and flavoring!.
If your getting it from a fountain bar then its possible its just not mixed right making it taste very dull and hard to identify!. When coming from a bottle is possible the excesive carbonation is interfering with the taste of the soda!. Try drinking sprite, all the dark syrupy coloring isnt good for you at all!.

Maybe you drank too much at once!. Or your taste buds are messed up for the time being!. I know that when I burn my tongue even the slightest bit, I end up not being able to taste anything for a few days!. And Pepsi and Coke are highly carbonated!. I always liked it because it hurts my mouth when I drink it!. Sometimes when you drink too much, it temporarily numbs your taste buds!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
