What kind of tea do you drink?!


Question: What kind of tea do you drink!?
i am pretty new to different styles of tea!. but i am discovering that hot tea is a great remedy for depression and anxiety!.
I only drink caffeine FREE tea, and a friend of mine recommended yogi tea called women's dong quai tonic!. it really tastes amazing!.and is suppose to help regulate your menstrual cycle as well!. i recommend all of you try it!.

so, i ask!.!. what teas do you enjoy drinking!? and what do you recommend!.

Ingredients in dong quai tonic: organic cinnamon bark, orange peel, ginger root, fennel seed, chamomile flower, dandelion root, anise seed, stinging nettle leaf,dong quai root, lingustilides 1%, juniper berry extract, orange oil, stevia leaf, black pepper

My very favorite is spiced chai latte!. Got the tea itself first at Starbucks, then found the tea at the store!. So I make it pretty regularly!. Add some low calorie sweetener and some sugar free French vanilla creamer!.!.!.!.!. I'm in heaven!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like green tea, earl gray tea, english breakfast tea, chamomile tea, rooibos tea, peppermint tea when my tummy hurts, raspberry leaf tea for that time of the month, lemon tea when my throat hurt!.!.!.I like several others but I cant think of them at the top of my head

Chamomile is my favorite, and it doesn't have any caffeine!. Why don't you try that!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chai!.!.!. yum!.!.!. I don't no if its caffeine free, but I drink tea for my own enjoyment!. I also add milk!. Calcium!!!

Okay, I also like this japanese tea that japanese people call soba-cha, which just means soba-tea!. Soba is made with buckwheat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
