Quite a long time ago now I wrote some posts about green tea and how they were supposed to help as a slimming aid!. Whether or not this is the case is a matter of personal opinion I suppose!.
But some people swear by drinking these teas!. That it does in fact help them to lose weight, another particular health benefits of drinking green tea is the high levels of antioxidants, which are very good at preventing cell damage!.

yes, it is a natural antioxident and it also assists in speeding up your metabolism!. You have to drink it regularly though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
