How can I get my fresh squeezed orange juice to not separate into clear watery and sediment parts?!

Question: How can I get my fresh squeezed orange juice to not separate into clear watery and sediment parts!?
When I buy fresh orange juice in a paper carton in always comes out looking the same!. What is done to it so it stays that way!? Does anyone know!?

When I fresh squeeze oranges to get juice within minutes it starts to separate out and does not look so good!. I know I have to stir it but I am wondering if there is some way I can get it to stay together!.

Thank you in advance,Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Orange juice for packaging and public sale is pasteurized before packaging!. Pasteurization inactivates certain enzymes which cause the pulp to separate from the juice, resulting in an aesthetically undesirably beverage!. This enzyme related clarification is one of the reasons why fresh squeezed juice has a shelf life of only a few hours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Now THAT is a great question!! I'll be anxious to see if anyone knowsWww@FoodAQ@Com
