True coffee lovers, do you dislike coffee wussies?!
People who claim to be coffee lovers, coffee gourmets, then find they drink a weak, light brown version of warm water!? Not true flavor filled, robust, strong, coffee!? My husband always acts like he's such a coffee gourmet, and even buys ground flavored coffee, which is always nasty!. He drinks weak, black coffee, only like one cup!. LoL,, Wouldn't say I dislike them but I do laugh at them a lot!. I drink my coffee black and strong, 1 tablespoon to 6 oz water!. Considering that a cup of coffee is supposed to be 6 ounces!. I drink 4 to 6 cups every morning!. I also often have a cup or 3 around lunch time and mid afternoon if I start feeling tired!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Whole, unflavored beans, ground (just enough to make the pot, the rest should be vacuumed sealed and stored in a cool, dark place) -- that's the only way to go!.
The effluent sold in American stores/restaurants is old/spoiled/over-roasted (hence our perception of it being 'bitter')!. That's also why he drinks it black and weak, because he knows it should taste better (good, fresh coffee is a little sweet), but can't stand to admit the crappiness of the garbage he's ingesting!. If he put anything else in it (besides the fake flavor that's already polluting it), he'll be openly admitting he's a wuss!.

Yeah, but I'm always annoyed by adults with what I call "kiddy" tastes in general!. The ones who like kid's cereal and dump sugar over everything!. The ones who hate things like strong cheeses, liver, anchovies and Brussels sprouts!. The ones who only like "sweet" cheap wines and light fake beers!. The ones who call some of the best fish "fishy tasting"!. But that's life!. People are going to like what they want!. I just have to believe they trained themselves that way though!.
