I have heard that sipping a little bit of regular Coke & saltine crackers works well for upset stomachs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ginger ale and 7-up are good to settle your stomach!. I prefer the taste of 7-up but ginger ale seems to work better!. Root beer actually use to be sold as a medicine and I crave it when I have a sore throat!. It is very soothing and about the only thing I can drink when I have a sore throat!. My boyfriend thought it was weird but it really works!Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you have tummy upset you should lightly sip on7 up!. Not diet, regular!. It will settle your stomach!. If your super sick for days on end you should probably skip the pop altogether and start drinking juice!. You can dehydrate very easily when your sick so you should drink as much as you can hold down!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

7-Up and/sprite!. Always helps me!. :D
And if you're heard of Perrier, mix it with Sprite or 7-Up (after you drink half the bottle)!.
It might not be the taste you want, if you drink Perrier alone, but if you mix it, it should taste fine!. :) It always helped, since I was a kid!.
But I thought it tasted horrible when I was younger!. Not so much anymore!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've always had flat lemonade (7-up, Sprite, etc) when I'm nauseous!. To make it go flat quickly, just add a half teaspoon of sugar!. It will make it fizz up heaps at first so don't fill the glass to the top or else it will overflow!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Actually, 7-Up or Ginger Ale is best for nausea or stomach upsets!. My family has used them both for generations!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
