How come a serving size of a liter of soda is 8 oz, but a serving size on a can is the size of the can(12 oz)?!
This is the question that haunts me!. xDWww@FoodAQ@Com

Good question, I have no idea! I suppose because a liter of soda is greater than 8oz, and can be portioned out into 8oz servings!. Whereas a can of soda is 12oz, and rather than say it holds one and a half servings, they soda companies say that a can holds one 12oz serving so that all the nutritional information provided on the can is what is actually in that can!. That way the consumer doesn't have to do the math to figure it out!. I hope that is a viable explanation!Www@FoodAQ@Com
