the best thing to do is to see if there are any age limits on it, if there are and you are under it, don't take it!. if there aren't, then I guess nothing really bad would happen if you took it but you should take it a little later, it is a 5 HOUR energy drink, after all, if you took it in the morning it would wear off before night even fell!., I would look for something else first though!. like coffee or soda or something sugary that makes you hyper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i wouldn't advise using energy drinks to stay awake, or battle tiredness, they only last a few hours depending on your bmi, as your young - one would last you a while, but after its effects you would probably end up crashing, and falling asleep anyway, things like Rockstar, large red bulls, large Vs, samedi, mother, work, but may cause irritation to your stomach, a no-doz tablet (OTC caffeine tablet) works best at keeping you awake without the hyperactivness from sugar in these drinks

take the drink if you want or a no-doz, its only a short term fix, you'll get hyper, then fall asleep/be tired afterwards

if you need to stay awake take a second drink for later in the dayWww@FoodAQ@Com

Honestly the best caffienated drink is Mountain Dew!. It might not taste great but then again energy drinks don't either!. It will keep you awake to finish ur work!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yeah you probably could , but eat something when you take it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
