i recently left sbux!. but at my store it was!. minimum to start!. 70 cent raise after 3 months, then a raise (it varries on how much) every 6 month!. i was only makeing 8!.69 an hour there!. i now work at dunkin donuts for 9!.75 an hour and i just started, im getting a raise in 3 months!. so dont just think that starbucks is the best company to work for, cause its not anymore!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I started at $9/hour!. Usually you start a little bit above minimum wage!. Then every 6 months you get a review, where you sit down with your manager and talk about your performance!. They also watch you work like customer service, cleaning the bar etc!.

Tips: depends where you work!. Busier stores get more tips!. Usually I get tips every 2 months!. But the amount of tips also depends on how many hours you work! If you work 40 hrs/week, you will get A LOT of tips!. But if you only work 2-3 days a week, not so much!. I get around $20-$25 for tips, and I only work on weekendsWww@FoodAQ@Com

you start off minimum wage!.

Tips depend on where you live!. From my experience, they make up a little bit, but not a significant amount- there always going to be the people who have the money, but don't care enough to tip :( jerks!.

Other than that, tel her that she needs to work her absolute best to get a rasie!. They're going to give you an evaluation after 6 months, and depending on that they're going to either let you go, give you a raise, or keep you straight where your at :)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I started out at 8 an hour!. After 6 months you get a raise, depending on your performance review!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Something like $7/hour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think it might start at 7 an hourWww@FoodAQ@Com
