Looking for Coffee in all the wrong places need help?!

I travel a lot and like finding independent coffee shops, kind of a hobby and a fun way for me to meet the locals in a relaxing atmosphere!. A while back a Marine Friend told me about a website that details coffee shops and restaurants by city and state!. He mentioned recon was part of the name!.
