Answers:
I hate the 5 hours!. I usually drink go girls and red bulls, I had a 5hr and I got so jittery!.

I don't recommend tons of caffeine, especially for your age!. You're young!. Try to go to bed earlier!. Exercise a little before bed, that generally helps me!. I hate hate hate working out, but when i'm not sleeping much or very well it helps me get into REM sleep faster and seems to stay longer (REM sleep is where your body is in it's deepest most helpful sleep stage)!.

Eat a decent breakfast in the morning (no sugar crashing is bad bad bad, but lean proteins, and few carbs ok, breakfast burritos rock), and take a yogurt or a grain bar with you for a mid morning boost!. I find if I snack a little through the day (baggies of nut mix, cliff bars, yogurt, fruit), stuff with some protein, I feel a hell of a lot better!.

Are you overloading yourself!? Make some "me-time" for yourself

I like the 5 hour energy shots!. They work well for me without jitters or anything!. BUT it's not smart to use them regularly!. Once in a while (no more than a couple times a month I would say) wont hurt you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I will say this, it is one of the very few things that I have ever tried in this world that works exactly as it says it will!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
