Does Pepsi make you feel like this too?!
Hm!? Where should I start!.!.!.!.!.I have been drinking reg Pepsi for years!.!.!.!.!.I don't do drugs,smoke anything I just eat and drink Pepsi!. So now I noticed I am drinking 3 of the 2 liter bottles a day and wondering WHY I feel like total shyt!. I mean the gas,diarrhea and stomach pains are horrible and everytime I feel like crying I tell myself to STOP drinking Pepsi and!.!.!.!.I don't!.!.!.!.I am 37 and have been drinking it until age 16 YES that long everyday and if I don't have it my head will feel like someone is hitting my head with a metal hammer with spikes on it!. Any suggestions!? I TRY to stop and I just can't :/ And YES I am overweight like 5'1 224 pounds so I already knows it makes me overweight but would it really cause diarrhea EVERYDAY!? You'll end up with anxiety/panic disorder( that's the mental part which I can see happening already)!.
Then of course all the physical problems such high amounts could cause!.
Ween yourself off that stuff!.
Slow down( baby steps)!.
Don't stop cold turkey!.
Cut it down gradually!.

Ok what cause your stomach aches too much acid from the pepsi and to solve most of the problems still drink pepsi just slow down on it each day one day you have 2 1/2 liters the next just 2 then gradually get lower but eat lots of potassium and drink lots of water tooWww@FoodAQ@Com
