How much milk should you drink? Do I drink too much of it?!
I drink Skim Milk, but I have usually two bowls of cereal a day (just your average amount) and cream of wheat for breakfast!. Cream of wheat is the little packets of wheat and you mix in about 2/3 cup of milk with it!. So I'm just trying to lose 10 pounds and I'm wondering if maybe a little too much milk would hold me back!? How do I sound like I'm doing on my milk intake!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need a glass or tow of milk a day and skim is the best one to have!. Looks like your problem is to much cereal which is not good for weight loss!. Try to have one bowl and maybe a egg with it for protein!. protein builds muscle and helps with weight loss!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Humans should not drink milk at all!. Our bodies aren't properly equipped to digest the sugar lactose, hence lactose intolerance!.

No i don't think your drinking too much!.If you are you'll probably throw up otherwise no!.Milk is actually healthy so a little too much is okay!.But drinking that much or more of milk a day,maybe some lifting weights and workouts will help out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
