Question: What are some other things I can drink besides water, Tea, Soda, Coffee, Crystal light or the powders you mix!?
I cant drink soda and would like to try something new, I drink a ton of water throughout the day and its getting boring!. Help!Www@FoodAQ@Com

try Synergy kombucha, the guava and the grape are my favorite, it's like soda, but it's really a fermented drink and adds new good bacteria to your digestive system, kinda taste like champagne lol, I don't drink, but I like to serve it in a drink glass with an olive!.

also, I just tried hibiscus tea recipe and is not bad, i got it from food network, you can sweeten it up more if you want, but i like it without all that sugar, it's kinda like crambery!.

try orchata alone or mixed with lemonade, you can make your own or buy a box at the gorcery store, i get it where the non refrigirated organic soy milk is in boxex, this orchata is made from brown rice and is soooooooo good!.

boil skin of pinaple with rice and blended, add sugar to taste if it needs it, and it taste like a pear juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

try Bhakti Chai!. www!.bhaktichai!.com!. if you live in CO you can get it at Whole Foods or Vitamin Cottages in the fridge!. It's unebelivable and such a great treat!. you'll need to buy milk, soy milk, rice, almond, hemp, coconut, oat, or some other nice milk type bev to mix with the Bhakti Chai concentrate 1:1!.
