Answers:
A lighter colour of coffee actually has more caffeine in it than the darker roast varieties, so keep that in mind next time you do your shopping!.

If you grind your own and have a coffee machine, try using a Robusta bean!.!.they are generally pretty high in caffeine!.

Failing that, have yourself a shot of Turkish coffee!.!.!.that stuff will keep you buzzing for hourse!! ( something like 5 coffees in 1!! )

Caffeine affects everyone differently!. I can drink until I'm shaking & still go straight to sleep!.

That said; if caffeine does keep you up, lattes are more milk than coffee!. Try a cappuccino; less milk in the ratio!.

Here's how much caffeine you get per drink:
1 (2 oz) shot espresso, single cappuccino: 100 mg
1 (8 oz) coffee: 120-160 mg
1 double cappuccino, latte: 200 mg
1 (12 oz) can of coke: 45 mgWww@FoodAQ@Com

Lattes have warm milk, which will help make you sleepy - plus they have espresso, which has less caffeine that regular coffee!. Just drink plain strong coffee, with beans that have NOT been double-roasted (the more the beans are roasted, the less caffeine they will have)!. Sugar will keep you up, but then you'll crash later and be more tired that you were before!. Protein is the way to keep a sustained energy level - so snack on dry-roasted nuts or cheese!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Black Coffee won't make you sleepy!. Or skip the coffee and have tea!. Tea works for me!Www@FoodAQ@Com

try a quad shot of espressoWww@FoodAQ@Com
