How do you make a virgin mojito?!

Question: How do you make a virgin mojito!?
Answers:
Muddle 5 to 6 mint leaves, half a lime cut into a few slices and a Tablespoon of sugar (powdered dissolves best, raw tastes better) It's helps muddling with a few pieces of ice, because it takes some of the strain off of you and helps to extract more of the mint & lime flavor!. also, avoid muddling in a glass to prevent breakage!. (I've seen wicked cuts happen) Use a mortar & pestal or muddle in a shaker!. Top with club soda or sparkling water (I know some folks prefer theirs with Pellegrino) and ice!. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig or a piece of sugar cane (it's great suck on after you've finished your drink!.)

You can substitute an artificial sweetener or add different fruits or herbs for a bit of variety!. I like adding fresh ginger, sorrel or berries to the mix!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know but I want Jakarta Worker to make me one!. She sounds like she knows what she is talkin' about!
I'll take the rum, though, thank you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
