Try Elgin, Sweetie!. Sometimes it's even at a dollar store!. But they have to have it at one of the Mexican Supermarkets in Elgin!. I know I have ordered it at Mexican restaurants in Elgin!.
Or even a Caputo's!? You have to get in closer to the city for that, though!.
