Are energy drinks really that bad for you?!
Energy drinks say you shouldn't have more then 4 of them a day!. I maintain a consumption of 5-7 of them a day, and i feel fine!. Am i damaging my body that badly!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Even being sugar free energy drinks are just like diet cokes, they are still harmful for your body!. I know a friend who had 6 redballs in 3 hours at a nightclub shift and she was shaking because of how much the caffeine was effecting her body!. She also has black out symtoms, but like everything if taken in moderation and only occasionly then it wont become such a big problem!.
Consuming the amount you are a day is quite unhealthy, even if its over 12 hours!. If you cant down the dose of caffenie your having, say one a day, then one every 2 days and then start having them only when you need it, it will have a better effect, you will start feeling better and also it will be cheaper!.
Try looking at your diet and looking for natural caffeine in fruit and vitimins instead,Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes you are, because they have so much sugar in them they can effect your blood stream, some people have drunk the same amount a day that you have and ended up collapsing and nearly dyeing because your blood cannot take that much sugar, you should try and cut down to atleast 2 maximum!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
