Coffee; Nature vs. Nurture?!
Do you think that there is actually something about coffee being cold that makes it taste bad!? Or is this something that we are conditioned to believe growing up, such that when drink cold coffee it tastes bad because we expect it to taste bad!?

I was a coffee slave for 8yrs of my life working at Starbucks, and I enjoyed it either way!. But now, I just drink it for the caffeine, and so I'll get a cup, ise it and chug it down like a beer!.

I have also drank cold coffee a couple of times, and the taste has been the same, just that I prefer it piping hot, strong, with milk and sugar!. The milk has to be hot too!. There are certain foods that we are used to have it one way, like a cold coke, a cold glass of milk, hot soup, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
i drink my coffee iced!. i used to work as a barista and our iced drinks were made with cold shots!. we used a process called slow-brew!. we brewed the espresso with tap water and brewed over a 12 hour period!. the result a less acidic taste and the "bite' of a hot shot was gone!. iced coffee drinks made with hot shots taste weird to me!. there's a bitter element to it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It's all what you're used to!. I drink my coffee black!. I didn't even like it when I first started, but I was 14 and my boss was the epidomy of "cool"!. He drank his black and I wanted to be like him!. I got used to it!.

I like my Coffee like I like my Men!.!.Strong and Dark! Lol ! Actually I do like my Hazelnut Coffee Black and Mild, sometimes I like it with Kahlua, sometimes with Bailey's I!.C!. And then once in a while I like it as an Iced Mocha!.!.!.Depends on the day and my mood!. ;-) I'm unpredictable like that!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Nature!. My mom is a black coffee whore but I barely drink the stuff and when I do it's loaded with cream and sweetener!.
