Does soy milk contain the same amount of calcium as cow's milk?!

Question: Does soy milk contain the same amount of calcium as cow's milk!?
Answers:
Most soymilks do because they are fortified with (in most cases) calcium carbonate (this is unbound, making it absorbable)!. Soy contains calcium naturally!.!. but is bound by the bean pulp, making it unabsorbable by humans!. This is why it is fortified!.

Edit: "cows milk only has hormones, chemicals and the synthetically added calcium and vit!. d!."

Alright, this is very misleading!. First off, all multicellular organisms produce hormones, including plants, animals and basically every food product we consume!. Chemicals!.!. food is made up of chemicals, if you are refering to antibiotics!.!. milk is free or below an established safe level (which is very low to begin with)!.

Calcium is NOT added to milk, as it is naturally a high source of calcium (about 300 mg per serving) and is unbound (making it absorbable by the body)!. Milk IS fortified with vitamin D, because it helps with the absorbtion of calcium and is a health measure for the general public to prevent vitamin D deficiency!.

Finally soymilk does contain some omega 3, HOWEVER it contains 7 times more Omega 6, which some medical researchers believe may increase the risk of disease and reduce/remove the benefit of omega 3!.
