i can drink coffee anytime as a matter a fact in the winter months i drink it all day its a good drug for me it can keep me up and going if i want it to!.but i often drink it to wind down and i have no trouble sleeping!. i am a firm believer in mind over matter !.it works for meWww@FoodAQ@Com
