What is the equivalent of 300mg of caffeine?!

6 oz of coffee has around 100 mg, give or take 10 maybe!. So I'd say that 300 mg of caffeine would be about 18 oz of coffee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

average soda about (5-6) 12 oz cans
