One other person mentioned the weight to water ratio!. I weigh 210 pounds, and I was told at the gym by a trainer there that I should be drinking between 3 and 4 litres of water/day for my size!.

Not at all!. It depends on how active you are and how much you sweat!. I would suggest that if you're going to do this every day then drink some kind of sports drink otherwise you could end up over-hydrating yourself which is bad for your body!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
