Why doesn't caffeine affect me?!

Question: Why doesn't caffeine affect me!?
I've always been curious as to why caffeine has no affect on me!. I can drink like, a few cups of coffee or energy drinks and still fall asleep 20 minutes later!.

I'm just wondering if this means anything!. Is it just because I have a really fast metabolism!? Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Caffeine doesnt affect you because you probably consume it everyday or at least a lot!. Try to stop drinking soda, coffee, energy drinks etc!. and then you will be affected lol trust me i actually cant even drink caffeine it makes me go nuts :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Everyone reacts differently to caffeine, Has nothing to do with your metabolism (does have to do with individual brain chemistry)!. It's like Ritalin, if you have ADD, it calms you down, if not it makes you a little hyper!.

I'm kind of the same way, I can drink a pot of coffee & go straight to sleep!. Maybe we both have ADD & that's how caffeine affect us!. It does give me the shakes at that point though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Some people are very sensitive to caffeine, so they will probably drink soda!. For people who aren't sensitive to caffeine drink energy drinks, because the are not sensitive!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

your body might just be adjusted to elevated levels of caffeine!. in which case - cut back on your caffeine intake!. or you might just be a cyborg!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

its because you have not dranken enough
