In the UK anything with 15mg per 100ml is to be labeled high caffeine content. Not sure how coffee and tea etc is labeled. For an energy drink 32mg per 100ml is around the standard i think red bull is 32mg most super market brands in the UK are 30mg. A cup of coffee can have a caffeine content as high as 80mg per 100ml.
