Possibly, Because even though it is called non alcoholic beer, there are still trace amounts of alcohol in it. So if you are very small and scrawny then that small amount of alcohol could indeed cause you to fail an alcohol test. The other guys on here must be stupid if they don't know that. Very good question indeed!
