Is sleepytime extra for kids?!

My mom gave me that stuff almost every nite when i was kid in the winter, it knocked me out, but i didnt feel drugged or anything....now im 37 and i still drink and it helps me feel sleepy.
My son really wasn’t that big on sleepovers when he was a kid (he’s 18 years old now). He went to a few and had a few. I vividly remember one when I ended up driving one of his friends home in the middle of the night, because he was allergic to our pet! The rule was that I needed to know or at least talk to the parents of the other kids before he went to their house or they came to our house, especially for a sleepover. If I didn’t know them enough, or didn’t trust them to keep my son safe while he was in their care, I would say no. Simple as that.
