Does root beer in a can get better with age?!

Question: Does root beer in a can get better with age?

I have a few cans of root beer that are about two years old (I forgot they were in the basement).
They are A & W if that helps.

They'll probably be flat and have a weird taste. I'd pour them down the drain!
