Buy certified organic milk. Or from your local farmers market.

Drinking that much milk a day isn't a healthy thing to do. I used to drink a lot of it myself, but since I've stopped drinking it as much I've slimmed down a lot.
It's not the healthiest thing around, but it does have some good things in it. I know many people who have drank more than their fair share, and have developed no health issues from it. Mainly it depends on opinion of what you prefer. Any nutrients in milk can be found else where, and all dairy products can be found in organic, and non-dairy forms.
Milk has a large amount of Vitamin-B, calcium, riboflavin, and high quality proteins.
So no milk isn't going to be a first hand choice for a die-hard dietitian, and drinking a gallon a day may give negative effects. Limit the amount you drink, and you'll be fine.
If we gave up everything we enjoy because it has even the slightest risk, we wouldn't have half of what we do.

I've done that when I was bulking up but not all the time. Switching to almond, soy, etc. milk is a bad idea, because they lack the nutrients regular milk has. There are websites that have silly drivel about many subjects.

Milk is mucus forming in your body. Dairy cows are subject to antibiotics and power food. Please don't go overboard drinking milk.

milk is actually really bad for you.. store-bought milk, anyway. i literally just started trying to avoid milk because everything i've recently learned milk contains, beginning with all the hormones and antibiotics they treat the cows/milk with. also, the pasteurization process kills anything good in milk, so that's just not worth drinking.

if you DO drink milk, the best option would be whole, raw milk from organic, grass-fed cows. that's not easy to come by and can be costly. i switched to almond milk and will try coconut milk next, both of which can be found at whole foods (almond milk they sell at regular supermarkets usually).

please, do some research. google, "milk bad for you" or something to that degree and learn about the cons of milk.
