What is the healthiest energy drink?!

Question: What is the healthiest energy drink?
Just wondering. My mom is a health freak and I'm a monster energy freak, and she's like anti-monster. Im like addicted (not really) haha but she never let's me get them anymore because of some stupid health freak article telling how bad they are and she made me read it (I didn't even read it). Are there any 'healthy' energy drinks that don't taste gross? And how bad really is monster low-carb? Thank God for my dad who doesn't care if I get them!! Lol

Black Coffee (good coffee is delicious black):

It has no carbs, almost no calories, improves concentration & mood, and has been shown to reduce the chances of Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Type II diabetes, and certain cancers. It also has about 4x the antioxidants found in tea.

I roast my own beans & have seven ways to brew coffee.

There are energy drinks that are considered "healthy" or "acceptable" and even "above par" that still taste awesome and give you a rich source of vitamins and nutrients. My personal choice is XS Energy Drinks; (which I have found others; but just prefer these!!!) There are like 14-15 different flavors; and each one contains no less than 4900% B12 (which is water soluble; so no worries on getting sick from it) Also, they contain NO sugar and NO calories!!! They contain a multitude of B vitamins; and have been voted "one of the best energy drinks in the world" for many years now!!! The best thing that I like about them is they offer a money back guarantee if you don't like them!!! I have provided a site with information on XS and how to get them!!

Use water to wash down your vitamins. Too many energy drinks are sugar heavy with a few vitamins thrown in the recipe. Large amounts of sugar and corn syrup are not good for you.

Energy drinks are not really healthy at all. Its just sugar, sugar and more sugar + caffeine.
Just drink them f*ck your parents.

Basically water and working out

Water
