Monster energy drink and sour patch kids?!
Is it okay for me to eat a small package of sour patch kids and a 16 oz can of blue monster? Will my stomach explode?

you will not explode. you will just get a nice suger high
Its fine with small amounts. All it will do is give you the case of the burps. I've done it with pop-rocks and I'm still alive!
Yes it is perfectly fine as long as you don't repeat the process to often! It may make you feel a little sugar rush, and possibly gassy.. :/ Hope this helps!
