Is it unhealthy to drink 4-5x the recommended amount of water daily?!

Question: Is it unhealthy to drink 4-5x the recommended amount of water daily?
I do not have Diabetes..
I always have to be drinking or I am very unhappy and very thirsty.
I drink 30+ 8 oz. wateriness or other goodness a day.
Usually I drink about 50 cups though.
I don't breathe much either with kinda sucks alot.
I have to consciously take deep breathes in order to not die.
It is very easy for me to stop breathing altogether when I am anxious.

Am I killing brain cells or anything?
What disease do I have?
LOL

Answers:

You could get water intoxication. Isn't the daily amount of water 64 oz? That's already ALOT. I don't even like water but Smart Water is decent. I feel drinks need flavor. You must pee a lot! lol Here is some info about Water Intoxication:

so you know you don't have diabetes but have you have your kidneys checked & lungs. I think you really need to see a doctor. I usually wouldn't recommend a doctor but once you can get a diagnosis you can then figure out how to naturally heal yourself. please let me know how you are doing I have healed myself & know a lot about healing so maybe I can help you. When your write remind me of the question you asked so I can come back for the details.

I guess you could drown yourself, but as long as you pee alot. Haha(: and with the breathing, I'm like that too. I don't think it's any disease.

Hope I helped!

Too much water can cause water intoxication especially when drunk in a short amount of time.

yeah because you don't have enough electrolytes in your body to handle that so in effect you'll drown
