How long does Coffee keep you alert befor you crash?!


Question: How long does Coffee keep you alert befor you crash?
I know most energy drink say they have as much caffeine as drinking 1 cup of coffee but how long will the energy last before you begin to crash

Answers:

lasts for 2-3 hours,the brazilians usually drink a weak essreso every 2- 3 hours with sugar,to much is not so good

>Coffee usually has a 1 - 2 hour effect on me before it wears off.

5 hours for me, but sometimes only 1 or 2
