I have a question on caffeine?!


Question: I have a question on caffeine?
Ok, this is strange. I can drink things like a few cans of pepsi max or other caffeinated drinks with no side effects at all but when i have just oe cup of coffee i get major caffeine side effects. why is this?

Its true... it is the amount that you get and the time that you take it in. It takes longer to drink multiple cans of soda and it contains less per ounce.



Because a cup of coffee has much more caffeine than soda. Soda drinks mainly rely on sugar for energy. Coffee is basically pure caffeine.
