Any tea that doesn't contain caffeine at all?!

Question: Any tea that doesn't contain caffeine at all?
I suffer from panic attacks and anxiety and also OCD. I know caffeine can increase the level of anxiety I experience so because of my OCD I have avoided caffeine all together. I know decaf tea has a small amount of caffeine in it and I was just wondering if it's enough to have any affect on my body? More importantly on my over reactive brain? If it does is there any tea that does not contain any caffeine at all? I don't like green tea or fruit tea so is there any normal tea without caffeine in it? I'm a two sugars and a dash of milk kinda girl :)

Thank you in advance =)

There are plenty of decaf black teas. Lipton makes one that's available at your local grocery store.

Try herbal tea. Lemon balm and chamomile have especially calming effects. Also hops - can be found in beer :-)

Lemon Balm belongs to the mint family and is considered a “calming herb”. It has been used to ease depression, reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite and ease pain and discomfort associated with digestion. Lemon Balm is used to treat children with fever, flu, and colds. In adults, it treats colds, headaches, depression, menstrual cramps, insomnia, and nervous stomachs. Lemon Balm is often combined with other soothing herbs, such as valerian, chamomile, and hops to enhance the overall relaxing effect.

I agree with Laurence. Rooibos tea is probably your best choice. You can also buy naturally decaffeinated tea, or you can decaffeinate it yourself by pouring hot water over a caffeinated tea bag, then brew it again. This method cuts the caffeine by about 70-80%.

I have a mild heart condition, so I have to monitor the amount of caffeine I consume. I usually go with an herbal tea or rooibos.

Why don′t you try herbal teas? They can be made at home easily and probably all of them are free of caffeine. Such as ginger or turmeric. But I am not sure if there are any tea bags for them.

Hope you get cured as soon as possible from your disease :)

You can find them here: http://www.crazyfortea.com/freeherbaltea…

I think you can find pretty much any sort of tea in decaf.

Let's face it, panic attack symptoms can be a totally terrifying experience. If you have to go through a panic attack, or panic disorder, then you are quite familiar with it. On the other hand, if you believe that you experience an attack, or are unsure, then it's vital for you to learn everything you possibly are able to. There are some difficulties involved with the signs of a panic attack. Not surprisingly we do advise that you see your medical practitioner for a specialized assessment, tips, and treatment. All the same, you should be aware that the intervals of panic attack manifestations can be interchangeable. Furthermore, they show up unexpectedly, too, so that adds to the annoyance and overall fretfulness. We'll provide an argument about some frequently contended signals of a panic attack.

Experiencing a racing heart is a symptom of a panic attack. We're talking about your heart rate suddenly going through the roof. A person may feel terrified when they suddenly experience a racing heart. This terrifying because the sudden increased heart rate can make someone think that they are having a heart attack and may suddenly die.

So obviously, this symptom can be a very serious one. If you experience this symptom, see your doctor as soon as possible. At times, panic attack signals can vary in power and typically cause a great deal of fear, according to the specific signal. Some individuals face a sensation of having a blank mind. Then you have to take into account that a panic attack symptom can last for a good while, such as hours. So if the feeling is deep enough, then just try to visualize how it must feel to feel as if your mind is void. That is not to say you will have that symptom if you have had others. There are some medical conditions that can cause a person to have a blank mind, and one of them is a stroke.

Some people who suffer from panic attacks have symptoms that affect their limbs and extremities. Symptoms can include numbness or tingling in the fingers and hands. Quite often when a person gets those feelings, it can be due to a pinched nerve in the wrist, elbow, or the spinal column.

Also, that could be a symptom of mild heart attack or related issue. So this causes confusion for the person who has these symptoms, and it's difficult to know what to think. There may or may not be other panic attack symptoms that happen as well. For a plethora of reasons, panic attacks indicators can be really complex to have to manage. The typical point when they are most aggravating is if you have one experienced one or if you haven't had very many of them. Regrettably, if you have gone through one, then there are elevated odds of facing more. Although, there is no way that is established. However, if you are knowledgeable of the signs of a panic attack, then you can consult with your physician about it. The frequency and time panic attacks occur can be related to a very significant event in your life. Also, that event does not necessarily have to be something negative, either.
